• We prevent repeat submissions for the same destination within 7 days.
• Responses are used in aggregate to calculate popularity; they are not used to identify you.

• Server logs (may include IP/user agent): kept up to 7 days by the hosting provider.
• Aggregated counters and trends: kept as needed for product improvement.

To request deletion of survey data tied to your client UUID, email support@whentogo.io or clear your browser storage to remove the local identifier.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use only essential cookies for site administrators to keep management tools secure; visitors do not receive analytics cookies from us. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which we use for performance reporting, does not rely on cookies or other client-side storage to collect usage metrics. Survey participation stores a client-generated ID in your browser storage so we can prevent duplicate responses.

We rely on Cloudflare to host the site and provide Web Analytics. Cloudflare receives aggregated performance metrics and basic diagnostic information so we can understand how the site performs. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics product does not collect personal data, and the reports we see are aggregated.
